Capital Convention Exhibitor Services: Capital Convention Contractors has been selected as the services contractor. The Exhibitor Manual provides all the details you need to organize a successful event. If you need further assistance, please contact Capital Convention via telephone at 1.877.335.3700 and their customer service staff will be able to assist you.

DCU Exhibitor Services: To order Electrical service or you have internet requirements that would not be supported by the free Wi-Fi provided, you must contact DCU utilizing their portal using this link.

Hotel Information: MHEC has contracted with the Hilton Garden Inn located directly across of the DCU Convention Center at 35 Major Taylor Boulevard, Worcester. The Show rate is $150 per night; parking is additional. Show attendees will be able to received parking validation the day of the show. These are a limited number of rooms available at this rate so book early.
