Harvard: Senior Advisor, Supplier Development and Diversity -The Senior Advisor will be responsible for developing and leading the Harvard Supplier Development and Diversity program - defining the groups included in the program, building the spend baseline and current state, establishing goals and metrics, designing strategies to achieve them, rallying internal and external resources, understanding and managing to sponsored program/grant requirements, and executing the plan of action. Harvard:  Procure-to-Pay Manager - The Procure-to-Pay Manager will report to the Associate Director of Disbursements and oversee a group of approximately seven to ten staff members. MHEC:  Procurement Contract Analyst The MHEC has an immediate need for a full time Procurement Contract Analyst. The analyst will be responsible for assisting with the development of MHEC contracts and the analysis of complex data for MHEC contracts. The analyst will be expected to work with and be trained in all aspects of MHEC contract management. The analyst is expected to have familiarity with the preparation of complex documents, familiarity with complex data analysis, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Access.  The analyst will be expected to work independently to complete assigned complex tasks and to have strong organizational and communication skills.
